The hotel's location is wonderfully tranquil, conveniently distancing us from the bustling town center while still being close to Taiping Lake Garden and Bukit Larut, perfect for those seeking natural beauty. The on-site halal restaurant, serving delectable local and Western cuisine, was a delightful surprise and served as a fantastic gathering spot to unwind with colleagues after our meetings. Most notably, the integrity and friendliness of the staff, particularly Mr Raj, left a lasting impression. Their genuine assistance and professional demeanor, especially in retrieving a set of forgotten shoes, truly epitomized excellent service.
